How It Works
Initial Consultation and Proposal
Lindholm Renovations offers a free consultation to discuss every aspect of your project. Owner Jeff Lindholm takes the time to listen closely, working to fully understand your goals and vision. Drawing on his experience, Jeff develops a plan designed to align with both your wish list and your budget. This plan is presented as a complimentary proposal outlining the general pricing and project scope, giving you a clear foundation to decide whether you’d like to move forward.
Design and Planning Phase
No two projects are exactly alike. Each one demands careful, individualized attention during the design phase. This stage is a true collaboration, with the client providing feedback throughout the process. As the design evolves, so does the budget-guided by the client’s own product selections. Any necessary revisions are made to the proposal to ensure every need is met. Jeff prioritizes full transparency during this phase to help manage expectations effectively. He also brings experience working with local designers and architects to bring projects to life.
Schedule and Execute Project
Once the design is finalized, it’s time to secure your place in the schedule. As your start date approaches, Jeff will provide a detailed project timeline outlining what to expect each day. This helps you plan your daily routine around the construction process, which we understand can be a significant disruption to home life. As both your main point of contact and the person in your home performing the work, Jeff is committed to keeping that disruption to a minimum.
